Calais would get double teamed every snap, Yan usually gets the G helping the T which gives you those chances to make a play. With no Calais and who knows what happens with Yan, i don't want Allen being our only threat as a pass rusher as teams will scheme him out.

In pass rush. Once Dareus went down, Calais was our only legitimate inside threat. Teams schemed around him and because the run D was so awful we didnt get many chances to use pass rush D, his strength, when we had a shot. 

Im not saying hes a wrecker that HAS to be double teamed but teams didnt fear our D anymore, teams respected him but the D line struggled as the LB's and DB's kept giving up coverages but he was a fighter on a bad D last year.

I hope im wrong but i think were going to miss Calais more than we realize. Just like Poz.
