17 second interview -- that was quick.    The fact of the matter is that she probably just articulated that statement incorrect meaning the Dem Convention has to happen because the Party hasn't officially nominated Biden.  It would be nice to know what was stated after that statement but of course, we're in idiot-world where people (even Chuck Todd) releases a clip of an interview that doesn't portray the real meaning of the interview as a whole.

It was actually quite a long segment. I'm sure you could go find the full clip. "Probably" just articulated incorrectly after a specific question referring to a virtual convention. They can't officially nominate after a virtual convention? It sounds like you just immediately wrote it off with no thought behind it other than...Twitter is dumb. I could certainly understand why the DNC would backtrack at this point. The dude is a mess.
