I've seen a few "16th-20th" ranked from some level headed posters to counter the 32nd and 33rd claims of many.

The OL wasn't bad in 2017 when Fournette was a top rusher and we had Bortles at QB and we went to the AFCCG. 
(And remember when taking certain shots over the state of the roster today, Coughlin had the con for the past few seasons... So resigning Cann and signing Norwell to a massive deal in FA is just as much on him as it is Caldwell, perhaps more)

I get not wanting to back down from your extremist stance on Caldwell but you claiming people defending him as a top ten GM is laughable.
Most of us are just saying "for as bad as he has been, he isn't THAT bad when you look at it objectively"
