Adding Gruden, a year of experience for the young QB, a couple of promising rookie receivers, and vet TE isn't going to make this group worse.
They are, at worst, middle of the pack, and very likely to be a productive unit that features matchup nightmares for a number of defenses they face. Fingers crossed that Gruden can capitalize.

Minshew definitely helped with that. Here has a knack for putting it right where only his guys can catch it and that is usually right on their hands. It also helps that Chark excels in back shoulder catches and that appears to be Minshew's money throw.
