There are no accusations of fraud in this case, but of an overwhelmed and poorly planned system. These ballots were disqualified, not incorrectly tabulated.

I like how you say throwing out votes isn't "incorrectly tabulated." Those votes should've counted by golly. They need to get the chad crew back together and start determining the intent of the vote caster!
