The reason it didn't happen is the same reason the left is pushing so hard for mass mail in ballots. There is zero motivation in the base to get them off their couches to go vote. ( or buy tires)

The push back will occur in November.

People only buy tires a few times a decade. And they never buy more than four at a time. Beans are a little bit different.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
