I guess they could have put a knee on his neck to prevent him from getting up while they applied the cuffs, oh wait.... If one of them had only put him in a choke hold while they got him under control, dang...

You see it doesn't matter what tactic the police use. At some point something is bound to go wrong, and there will be someone with a cell phone to catch it. That's the funny thing about criminals and drug addicts, they don't want to go to jail. If they would just comply, or better yet OBEY THE LAW, this kind of thing would not be an issue.
