It's either two or three cops, struggling on the ground with the one suspect.
That suspect should have never gotten up without handcuffs on.
then after he gets up, he just casually walks by an officer who has his gun drawn, that officer doesn't do anything.
If the cops had done their job right, he would still be alive.

1.  The police did their job correctly.  The officer that shot him stopped the action.

2.  The thug felon is still alive.  It looks like he will spend his prison days in a wheel chair.
