No I'm not shocked by that at all, what shocks me is how few veterans we have in starting positions over the younger guys.

Conley is a vet starter who isn't on there. Chark had a pro-bowl season last year. We have vets in Westbrook and Cole, rookies in Shenault and Johnson.
Eifert was brought in to be the vet starter alongside the draft pick who got hurt again and veteran James O.
Chris Thompson might be a nice surprise if he's healthy. Did Ozigbo beat our 4nette or did 4nette behave his way out? Is the Gruden Plan a Committee approach that wouldn't fit 4nette? I don't know.
Our QB is a cheap second year guy who finally beat out an expensive vet last year and is backed up by either a cheap vet or another cheap rookie. 

The offense is young and inexpensive, but that's not a bad thing. There's enough vets there to help GM15.
