Both are idiots
Both felt "disrespected" when this team offered less money than what they expected (one could argue that Yawn learned from Ramsey)
I am sure that Ramsey would have been a problem sooner or later anyway, especially if we'd continue to lose
I think Yawn would behave but he didn't earn the money he wanted

One hilarious thing (and probably people will deny it) is Fowler would have stayed and he wouldn't have been a problem, I bet he continues to have better seasons than Yawn.
