The good, the bad, and the ugly: Jags 2020

I also think more problems with the Jags' "culture" will come to light. I think this will be enough for Doug and Dave to both be sent packing. A new coach and GM pairing will have a wonderful opportunity to shape this team to truly be competitive for a long time. I hope they make good decisions. The Jags "culture". That does seem to be a major problem... for SEVERAL years. This needs to be addressed at the end of the season if there is no dramatic improvement here. Clean House.
This is a results-oriented business. There are no trophies or titles given for "moral victories" or for "winning the draft". Our record with DC is 37-86. 6-10 is our 2nd best season in 8 years of Caldwell leadership. These are the FACTS.
