Not sure if 2014 Vic would wait until the third round to pick a QB. 

 

Vic understands completely the necessity of having a top flight QB. But I think he worries too much about Cap manipulation and that it can put teams in purgatory the way we were back in the day. Granted, that still happens - just look at the talent dump that New Orleans is going through - but it's not as damaging as it was in the past.
