I tentatively expect he'll tie up between 25 and 32 million of the cap space this year. (just a gut feeling)

  I mean -   IIRC - he's required to spend a significant percentage of that 20 mil rollover.  You can get a lot done with that.   It's an exciting time right now with FA right around the corner. This team is about to get better.
