Why would you defer?  Seriously why would you defer when you have no defense. He must not want Gruden to take his job. 

This team is disastrous on so many levels. I am tired of being every other teams get right game. Jeez it is demoralizing because everyone there is a glimmer of hope they just smash it to bits.
