If he were as good as you advertise, there'd be no question and he'd be the "Luck" candidate.

 

That's certainly NOT the case this year.

 

Scouts like him, but don't love him like they have the truly elite/franchise candidates.

 

If there's any so-called "standout" that appears to be moving up boards, it's Manziel.  Still, that remains to be seen.

 

That's not forcing anything at all.  Just being intellectually honest and not having fallen for a guy (like you obviously have.)
Manziel is not rising up any boards, except the ones from NFL network 

 

The only issues scouts have is with his size
