1. Trump was born into wealth. Did he do something to get that reward in the womb?

2. The US is one of the least socially mobile western countries. Your buddies in Canada live more of what you think America is.

So not wealthy = little means.  That's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard.  What exactly do you consider "wealthy"?  A large sum in your bank account?  A big yacht?  Living in a mansion?

I am by no means "wealthy" if you're going to judge it like that.  However, I do happen to own some property that I worked for, have a pretty good bank account, and most importantly a good group of family, friends and co-workers that I interact with daily.  I started from a very modest upbringing, went to little-to-nothing (monetarily) when I married my wife and together we managed to raise 3 wonderful and productive children and continue to nurture our one grandchild.  Today we don't "struggle" to make ends meet and we are very happy and thankful for what we have.  By my standards, yes I am wealthy rather than being of "little means".

1.  While President Trump was born into a family with money, he has made his own destiny.  I don't fault him for being a multi-millionaire or billionaire.  There is nothing wrong about that.

2.  I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "socially mobile", but if you mean that a poor black kid raised by a single mother in a ghetto could one day be a highly respected neurosurgeon, then yes it is possible here in America.  Exhibit A is Dr. Ben Carson.  There are many other examples of this both publicly known and not publicly known.

The bottom line is that Free Market Capitalism and a Democratic Republic are the best forms of economy and government in the world.  The U.S.A. being one of the youngest countries in the world has proven that.  There is far less poverty in this nation than in any other.
