Jacks been balling this year.  He has always been good when playing OLB but the move to WLB, his natural position is having a Pro Bowl type year.

I disagree that he has been balling this year. He's been fine, but other than the two untouched QB hits that were more scheme than player, and the nice tackle on the shallow crosser against Campbell, I don't think he's really made any splash plays. It's mostly been a whole lot of oh look Jack tackled so and so 10 yards down the field again. I'd still much, much rather have that amount of cap space going toward a good player at a more impact position or available to spend next offseason.
