I mean why else decide to bring in Coughlin to "figure things out".  Why else would they keep letting staff/coaches stick around at a rate unheard of in this era of the NFL. At this point, I don't know who they can go to for help who they can trust. But they need to find that person, to head next GM and HC search.

We need to bring in John Dorsey.  He has helped build the Chiefs team what it is and the Browns that is off to their best start in years
