I wish it was that simple but it is much more complex.  The Jags are losing for many many reasons.

-The owner has failed to get the right personal in place to run this organization properly. 

-The General manager is inept and has made many many bad choices to where the owner had to give him a boss that in turn imploded on the team

-The Defensive Coordinator maybe the worst in the league.  Soft zone coverages and 0 pass rush is the norm.  Scheme is played out

-Minshew has his moments but we may still need to go find a franchise QB after 8 years of rebuilding

-The organization is such a steaming pile of failure, the few times the team does hit on superstar talent they cannot retain them.  Speaks volumes how this organization is behind doors.

There are many more reasons but that's just the tip of the iceberg.   Marrone is just and average HC but he is not the sole reason this team is losing.
