If I recall, Elway as a prospect wasn't lacking in anything...except capable teammates on the college level.
Not for Jordan, he had A+ athleticism and ability to get to the basket. He was unstoppable driving to the hoop.

 

Elway did have a great deep and intermediate ball but his short dink and dunk passes were inaccurate at times
