You guys are getting me worried. Now flsprtsgod is not wrong to say the current regime gets another year. Khan made the move with Coughlin and it burnt him and he seems in no rush to make big changes.

I think the GM/HC/DC maybe even OC is a biggest issue we have to deal with. Now looking at it logically, you find a GM who has a HC already in their head and fill from there. You need the GM and HC on the same page, working to the same goal. For example no point being a run first team and draft speed WR's. 

I know we are a bad team and we dont have a storied history or a sleeping giant for someone to awaken. We need someone who wants to prove that they can win even fix the Jags. I dont think we will be top of many peoples lists and other places can easily take targets but who do you guys realistically think we can get?

If we are talking Garrett or Pagano etc, I see Khan sticking with Marrone or give Gruden a shot but nothing dramatic. Do we look at college? Arizona are looking better under Kingsbury. But it's always a risk and likely expensive. Gus has made me gun shy on hot shot co-ordinaties. Leftwich is spoken about highly but hes still very young.
