It tells me the system is broken. Common citizens like you and could not get away with 1/10 of what the elites in Washington take for granted.  The reason she is not in jail is because if she were arrested she would sing her heart out taking out 3/4’s DC politicians at all levels.

I agree, I couldn't take a government job and tell them, "actually, I'm not going to use y'all's server for email, I got my own."
Hillary got away with that.
But so did Colin Powell.
Punishing Hillary for something that was common practice before and during her time would be ex post facto. 
And yeah, obviously she also deleted a bunch of emails that should have been preserved but - unless you find those emails on someone else's machine, you can't prove that they were the kind that should have been preserved.
