Teams typically don't do full rebuilds. We are doing the third one with Caldwell. Shack Harris was fired for less. I wonder how it would have been if the owner hadn't pushed the we are so close only need pass rushers draft. 

Oh well the past looks better with the crap of the current lens. Honestly early COVID I took advantage of free game pass and watched Caldwell teams and yuck. 

We built a one year wonder of a defense. Never really built the offense. Staggering bad plans and bad coaching.

We would have gotten away with a retooling, had we not alienated and/or sent packing our core defensive players, avoided the Foles trade and deal, and not extended Bortles. Bad decisions on top of bad decisions.
