Khan has been the owner for what, 8 years now?  Of course Khan wants to the team to win, but is he willing to put in the time and effort it takes to build a successful franchise?Or is he more concerned about making money instead with London games and this Lot J project?   

You can be a patient owner and still take action to instill a winning culture.  This team perpetuates losing and it's been clear that Caldwell is a horrible GM and Marrone is an inept head coach.  

That's on Khan.  Until the owner steps in and stops this [BLEEP] show, things will continue down the same path.

The "time' part of your comment is exactly what I talked about earlier.  Fans want to win NOW.  You don't build a winning roster in one draft (since the end of last season) especially with the cap situation the team was in.  This season was basically a "write off", especially with the COVID crap.  It's not a "normal" season and the team is loaded with draft picks and cap space for next season.
