You can be a patient owner and still take action to instill a winning culture.  This team perpetuates losing and it's been clear that Caldwell is a horrible GM and Marrone is an inept head coach.

That's on Khan.  Until the owner steps in and stops this [BLEEP] show, things will continue down the same path.

The "time' part of your comment is exactly what I talked about earlier.  Fans want to win NOW.  You don't build a winning roster in one draft (since the end of last season) especially with the cap situation the team was in.  This season was basically a "write off", especially with the COVID crap.  It's not a "normal" season and the team is loaded with draft picks and cap space for next season.

We're not talking one season - we're talking a decade of losing with only 1 winning season in 2017.  That's not a win "now" - far from it. Caldwell has the worst record of any active GM.  Marrone has the worst record of any active HC.  5 of Caldwell's 1st round picks aren't even with the team.  Taven Bryan is nothing more than a rotational player (at best) so it's not like things are getting any better.

Khan is about to tie the record for fastest owner to 100 losses.

It would take 3 seasons of 0 losses just for Khan to get back to .500

That's the formula to perpetuate losing and fan apathy, not building a winning roster for the future.
