If he fired Marrone and Caldwell, he'd have to pay all those salaries and then the salaries of the new staff. Saves himself a fortune.

Until fans stop going to the games and it affects the bottom line, there is no incentive to change anything.

Caldwell, Morrone, and their staffs salaries are peanuts to Khan and the Jags. Money will be given zero consideration when they are fired. It happens all the time in the NFL.

This is a results-oriented business. There are no trophies or titles given for "moral victories" or for "winning the draft". Our record with DC is 37-86. 6-10 is our 2nd best season in 8 years of Caldwell leadership. These are the FACTS.
