If you only want to talk about Leos, why do you mention Clowney? Someone who likes Anthony Barr said Clowney is strictly a 4-3 DE and would be a terrible Leo. Also he is 6-6 FYI.
Trading up into the first round is stupid. Even if we trade with the Seahawks that would be moving up 8 spots. We can't move up that far with only a fourth round pick and our second round pick. To move up 6 spots for Blaine Gabbert, Gene Smith had to give the Redskins our second round pick. The third round pick is too valuable to lose. But if the Redskins, Browns, or Raiders are happy with only a fourth round pick, I would absolutely love trading it to them in the second round. One more thing: Anyone who has been roaming this forum since the regular season ended knows we are #39, not #37, in Round 2. |
