What should happen: Bologna gets fired either during the bye week or immediately after the season.  Dave Caldwell, Todd Wash, Gruden, and every coach should follow right behind him. The only coach that I personally would like to keep would be McCardell.  Khan consults with experts to build a new foundation for this team.   New Management team, New scouting department, New Coaching staff, etc.  New Eyes come in here to evaluate the talent. Any player on this roster is expendable. I hate to say this but this team is in for another long rebuild.  It could easily be 3+ years unless a GM comes in here and really makes some home run picks.  This team does not have a Superstar on this roster.

What probably will happen:  Bologna rides out the season while the team gets lucky and squeaks out 1 or 2 more wins. Khan with his usual shenanigans makes excuses while remaining with the same losers.  He puts on a good smiles and promises he has a commitment to winning. The same old song and dance next year is a "must win" year. 


Its hard to be a Jaguar fan.
