And that's just step one.  Step two is that 2/3 of both houses have to agree that Harris should replace Biden.  Some Republicans will have to agree.  And they won't.

You're assuming Biden is of sound mind (which he obviously isn't) and the democrats will play fair (which they won't). He is not their end game.

The dude is of sound enough mind to remember which people in Washington are likely to be loyal to him.

I'll make a signature bet with you.  If Biden wins, there will be no 25th amendment scenario.
He might die (sad!)
He might retire of his own free will,
But I'll let you edit my signature block for a month if he wins and they force him out with the 25th amendment before 2024 somehow.
