Trading Places! What if Minshew and Mahomes swapped teams. Results?

Good things about Minshew: Attitude, leadership
Bad things about Minshew: Weak Arm, Below Average Athleticism, Holds the ball too Long, Low Ceiling Anyone who thinks KC would survive the fall off from Mahomes' talent to Minshew, just doesn't know football. That is crazy. Quarterback is the most important/ impactful position on the team. Mahomes is elite; Minshew is a back up. Mahomes makes people around him better; Minshew does not. KC is 8-8 at best with Minshew starting. The Dilfer argument is laughable. That offense was BRUTAL when he won the Super Bowl with the Ravens. They were a liability... they won because they had the 2nd best defense in the history of the NFL (only the 85 Bears were better). And Minshew isn't even as good as Dilfer. You could even make the argument that our talent on the offense has made Minshew look better than he is. Most of Minshew's positive stats have come from our receivers and running back making some great runs after catches that have resulted in a ton of yards and TD's to artificially inflate Minshew's passing stats. That is reflected in his poor QBR (which takes into account YAC, among other things). A great QB makes others around him better... that seems to be working in reverse here. Other than Tight End, quarterback is the weakest part of our offense. We need a real starter.
This is a results-oriented business. There are no trophies or titles given for "moral victories" or for "winning the draft". Our record with DC is 37-86. 6-10 is our 2nd best season in 8 years of Caldwell leadership. These are the FACTS.
