ON TOPIC:   It seems most agree that Gus and company would have to have an epically bad season in 2014 and possibly another to be terminated.   

 

Since many of us think he'll be here in 2015 again.  What would have to happen in that season for him to be gone?  

 

 - under .500 ?

 - worse than 5-11 ?

 - missing playoffs ?

 

Interesting. Obviously it would be dependent on what the 2014 record was too, so if by a bizarre quirk of fate we have a 10 win season next year, he probably gets himself a new contract based on that alone.

 

I would say unless we have hit AT LEAST 18 wins in 3 years, there are going to be some seriously hot seats around.
