TC was not the issue.  The issue was Caldwell and Doug didn't like TC having control and started to undermind him midway in 2018 ..IMO

TC had to be fired because he broke the rules. TC is a stickler for the rules, he isn't effective if he is breaking rules and then telling the players to obey his rules. Yes I agree that TC is better than those 2, but you can't keep him employed after he did that.
