I half way believe Tom and Dave will get 1 more year...They knew this year was going to be [BLEEP] when they purged the roster of all the big salary FA plus we had surprise after surprise with Covid opt outs and retiring due to health issues, the whole covid thing and relying on rookies to fill the holes left by all the departures. Now we have a [BLEEP] ton of draft picks, and cap room...

I don't see why any HC wouldnt want to come here...Who wouldnt want to be the coach/gm that was responsible for turning this around? (assuming they did actually fire Doug and Dave) But I lean toward the duo to be retained one more year. They probably just laid out a plan for next year to Mr. Khan and bypassed this years plan selling him on next year will be the point you see the 15 year plan start to come together...It has always been "next year" with these guys...Next year we will draft a good QB, oh we didnt see one we liked in the draft but next years QB class seems to be deep, and then next year comes and same [BLEEP]...
