Supposedly they will be filing this week. Right now the lawsuits don't really feature the Trump team, they are other parties bring them.

People are hinting that they may have the servers, appears multiple people familiar with the software are talking, a few Dominion employees could be talking, and they could have the actual source code. Financial records from the deals and kickbacks to family  members.

It's all talk until they produce something. The data is definitely not natural, but it would be hard to prove it. Hopefully it is more than just look at the data it doesn't meet these standards. Look at these people not allowed to watch. Yes there was fraud, big time fraud, but they won't get a judge to overturn the results. Rudy hasn't delivered on much in a while, but Sidney Powell isn't going to screw her reputation for some maybes. They should be filing early in the week at least for MI and PA. They are still going through a lot of the reports from people.

I keep hearing "hard to prove" as a reason nothing is going to happen  even though anyone with a brain knows there were shady things going on.

Having said that, what is the end game here? Say "awe shucks,  they got away with this one, but it ain't happening again", or actually do something about it now?
