Help you?  That's a daunting challenge, but I accept.  I thought the bolded text would make it simple.  Apparently that was not the case, so I'll try again.  

Please explain the legal process by which a sitting President can make a private citizen leave the country for exercising his First Amendment rights.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Lincoln did not have to use any legal or constitutional process to send loyal soldiers out to hunt down Jefferson Davis and Robert e Lee.
