Josiah Scott and Chris Claybrooks?

So I haven't kept up this year as much as some of you all probably have so I was hoping you could solve a question I had?

I know Chris Claybrooks has been playing a lot more at CB than Josiah Scott has. I'm just curious, why? If Chris Claybrooks was a 7th round pick and Josiah Scott was a 4th round pick....One would assume Josiah Scott would be further up the depth chart than Claybrooks based off draft positioning. Did Claybrooks just fall further in the draft than he should have or was Scott selected too high? It's something I've been wondering all season.

This isn't being sarcastic, just legit confused. I hope you all are doing well and Happy early Thanksgiving to everyone. Thanks all!
