i personally would love to see a new GM select Marrone and can everyone else... that would be a different team. I just dont foresee a scenario you keep Marrone around in any scenario... for that reason, the only option is a hard reset and we need to clean house.

Canning Caldwell first quiets the fanbase and ensures changes are being made by year end. No other move needs to be made right now.
