Here's to another rebuild.

He severely neglected the position, as did Shack Harris and Gene Smith. We need a GM committed to finding the next great QB. We have passed on so many hall of fame worthy QBs over the last 13 years, its disgusting. To think we did so in favor on guys named Leftwich/Garrard, Gabbert, Bortles, and Foles/Minshew. Oh yeah, how could I forget CHAD FREAKING HENNE. lol. 



Good riddance imo. He was a solid GM but its a QB league and he never found one. Get a GM who can.
