1. Offensive Line - our line is average against bad teams. Even then they seemingly can get to the QB in critical times. Yes we need a QB, but he will not do us any good running for his life and injury is a real possibility. I would hate to finally get a new bright and shiny franchise toy only to have him broken.
2. Defensive Line - This game is a physical game and we are not physical in the trenches where it is won. Beef up the D line and corners, linebackers and safeties will all magically become better. How much? no way to know, but the linebacker will not have O linemen on them and the pass defense will not have to cover for an eternity.
3. QB - Yes we need one, in fact we need 2 if we don't improve the O line. I am not that sold on QB's that play for teams who have 5 times the talent of most every team they play. They have very talented receivers going against lesser corners most of the time and have pretty good offensive lines protecting them.
