Top 3 greatest areas of need for the new GM to address right away.

QB is always No. 1.

Defensive Line is No. 2. Have some pieces but need many more and depth.

Safeties and Tight Ends are tied for No. 3. Elite TE, both blocking and catching, is such a game changer for an offense. They still need a good scheme and QB to reach max potential, but lack of that chess piece for 10 years has been a major hindrance for the Jags. Great safeties are extremely underrated, especially FS. You can develop deeper picks sometimes, but a great one can make life so much easier on the rest of the secondary, scheme, and cap.

Great Offensive lines are nice, but generally very expensive, don't last long due to injuries and cap issues, etc. I tend to believe that a great coaching scheme with targeted fits can help an offensive line perform above average.
