Again, great post. Completely agree. Its crazy tue turnover in this roster and its not the back up safety and the 5th WR. Im getting to the point where its pointless even liking a player as theyll be gone. Poz, Ramsey, Yan, Telvin, Hurns, Minshew, the list goes on. Poz and Mercedes are the only guys in recent times that have stuck around, even when we are soo bad.

I know this isnt a good thing to say, but i think when Khan is GM hunting, to try and push the fact we have been so bad that if you can win with us, that will look even more impressive than turning an Atlanta around if you get what i mean.

I think that the Jags GM is a good job position. And I think that Shad could make an even better appeal if the team could win at least a couple of these last games. Especially if the defense continues to grow and the team shows fight. But maybe even with more losses someone is watching and they may be sold enough with the team at least being competitive. And they will also take into consideration this is a very young team that has room for more improvement.

Also, speaking of teams that may need to make coaching changes, I'm looking at the Chargers right now lol. I mentioned this in the week 13 game thread already, but Bill Belichick is really taking it to them. This is definitely the worst game Justin has played this year. Granted Bill usually performs well against Rookie QB's and is like 20-5 against them. And we saw what he did to Sam Darnold last year. But Justin is very talented and his team is struggling to deal with the Patriots. And the Chargers have been struggling all year to win games, because of poor coaching decisions. Their special teams have played poorly, especially today. And they have blew a lot of leads, and close games. Justin is really talented and I do think he is a franchise QB, but for even as talented as he is, that is not enough to overcome his coaching staff and the deficiencies on his team. I suspect the Chargers will have at least one job opening as well, when this season is done.
