Josh Allen in year 1-2 had 30 tds and 21 ints. Year 3 - 26 tds 8 ints. You can't give up on a QB because you don't have Pat Mahomes, he's 1 in a generation/lifetime. I would bet if GM got a shot in an offense catered to him with a decent team around him , he would ball out.

The problem is that Allen has the best arm in the NFL and Minshew has a wet noodle.  I love Minshew.  I bought his jersey.  But he just doesn't have the physical tools to be a high level QB.
