The Eagles are stuck with him.  No one would trade for that contract.

Remember though that Philly already paid the bonus and they keep that share of the deal, so if you trade for him you are only covering the salary and bonuses on your cap.

Even with that considered, the price tag is WAY too high for what he brings to the table.

Here's something interesting.  This article says that if the Eagles trade Wentz, the cap hit is $28 million, but if they keep him, the cap hit is $34 million.   So I take back where I said they are stuck with him.  I was thinking it would be a bigger cap hit to trade him or cut him than to keep him.   But apparently, it's the other way around.   

Still, no one is going to trade for that contract.
