This is not necessarily due to all the top 5 drafted QB’s, but due to franchises that bad normally cannot fix all their holes/issues before their Qb’s rookie deal is done.

And it is infinitely harder to field a Super bowl winning team without a QB on a rookie deal or giving a Brady like temporary cap discount.
