Just saying his track record long-term without Brady isn't good is all.

I'm not outright saying he's a bad coach, but I think it's fair to scrutinize his career performance without Brady. As a GM, I'll flat out say I think he's bad. Worse than Caldwell (Who I actually don't think is THAT bad besides first rounders)
