Chaisson needs to be on a team that does use the 3-4 defense the majority of the time though. He is a much better pass rusher when he has room to use his speed, instead of being lined up directly over an OT, who can just reach out and grab him. Once that happens, Chaisson gets hung up and is neutralized. It would be much better for his career, if he could either be on a team that uses the 3-4 heavily or where he is used as a situational pass rusher only when the 3-4 is implemented.
