It's called the 9 technique and is used in both a 3-4 or 4-3 (not nearly as much in 4-3 though, Jim Schwartz is famous for running it). But the point still remains, ya'll getting way too caught up in "3-4 or 4-3". We just need better coaches who put their players in better positions to succeed.
