In other words, the rich guy who knows nothing about football intends to micro-manage the GM's player decisions.  What quality candidate will want the job under those conditions?  Amateur hour continues......

Ramsey was a spoiled diva who wanted out.  Dave Caldwell made a great deal with that trade.

The guy has been in the NFL business for 8 years.  He probably knows much more about the business than you and I.
