No Teddy doesnt have great measurables.  And you have to wonder will he be 214 pounds throughout the course of an entire season.  Or has he just padded his weight for the combine and then will naturally slim down due to his smaller frame.

 

But again, we're talking top 5 pick here.  Top 5 picks are supposed to be elite prospects.  Ideally you are getting a guy who is a great player, is great physically, has all the natural tools, etc...  People can say Manziel is a similar size to Russell Wilson.  People can say Teddy is a similar size to Brees.  But those guys are considered small for their position and neither of them were drafted top 5.  There is more risk to missing a top 5 pick so there is more scrutiny.
