Different positions but the logic is the same. If you believe in PFF then you'd have to realize that Smoot is awful and Wingard is the best player in the secondary. 
Ultimately I feel about Norwell like I did about Eifert. I'm fine either way but I expect them to find a replacement at least as good. This isn't the year we need to have any cap casualties.

None of our O-Linemen are great. That's apparent. I just don't understand the logic of saying you're not going to "blow up" the offensive line, but you're shopping the best piece you have, on the interior, while knowing that your OT's are hot garbage and one of them is an UFA. To me, if you replace 2-3 pieces on the O-Line, that's pretty much blowing it up. Especially when some of those pieces are gonna be on the QB's blindside. That seems dangerous. I'd work on replacing the worst positions, first.
